Graham Campbell - Kelowna & Vernon & Revelstoke Mortgage Pro

Who I am

I’m Graham Campbell, a mortgage broker based in the Okanagan. I work with home buyers, homeowners, and investors across Canada who want straight answers, clear expectations, and a plan that actually fits their life.


I’ve been in the mortgage world long enough to see just about everything. My whole practice is built around giving clients the kind of advice I’d want for my own family.

 

Outside of mortgages, I’m a husband, dad, and Okanagan local. When I’m not working on files, you’ll usually find me with my family, training in the gym, or trying to stay ahead of my to-do list with an early morning start. 


Who I work with

 Most of my clients fall into one of these groups:

  • First-time buyers who want someone to walk them through every step and explain the “why,” not just the rate.
     
  • Move-up buyers and families who need to coordinate selling, buying, porting, bridge financing, or all of the above.
     
  • Homeowners refinancing to improve cash flow, consolidate debt, or renovate.
     
  • Real estate investors adding properties, restructuring their portfolio, or planning long-term financing strategies.


 If your situation is a bit outside the box – variable income, multiple properties, corporate structures, complex debts – that’s usually where I do my best work. 

How I work

My approach is pretty simple:

  1. Listen first
    I want the full picture: your goals, timelines, worries, and non-negotiables. The numbers matter, but the context matters more.
     
  2. Educate and explain options
    I’ll walk you through the trade-offs between fixed vs variable, different terms, amortizations, prepayment privileges, and penalties – in plain language.
     
  3. Documented recommendations
    When we settle on a strategy, I put it in writing so you know exactly what we’re doing and why. You’ll never be left guessing.
     
  4. Systems and checks
    I run your file through structured checklists for rate holds, conditions, documents, and key dates so nothing important gets missed.
     
  5. Proactive communication
    You’ll know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and what I need from you. No disappearing acts while you’re waiting for answers.

  • Realistic expectations – I’d rather underpromise and overdeliver than paint an unrealistic picture.

My goal is that when your mortgage funds, you feel confident you understood the numbers, the risks, and the plan.
